Soffit Lighting
Soffit Lighting has over the years become a major headache for a number of our key clients, with the high expense of scaffolding normally required to access the lighting to replace lamps or transformers above escalators. This can also mean the closure of escalators and departments / areas for days.
The answer is to replace the Soffit lighting with long life LED Lighting, with the benefits of up to 100000hrs life expectancy, low energy consumption and the option of Whites, Colour or RGB with optional wireless system. These systems can be connected to your existing lighting system or work independently. We offer off the shelf fixtures from 3 LED to 12 LED fixtures from 50mm to 200mm in various finishes and gimbles to complement your building. We also offer a bespoke manufacturing option to cater for all other requirements.
This can be as a supply only service or if required we can offer a complete installation package with qualified and experienced engineers and project managers.

The LED light sources used are designed to last many times longer than traditional lighting technologies.

LED does not operate at high voltages.
ENERGY EFFICIENT
LED can consume up to 90% less energy than traditional lighting and can quickly pay for itself. Most LED lamps are cool-to-touch, meaning they lose no energy as generated heat, which in air conditioned environments means no compensatory energy is employed in dissipating unnecessary heat to maintain a controlled temperature.
